Hagaparken in Alvesta

Hagaparken is a place for both activity and resting. The park was gifted to Alvesta municipality by the Hall family as a nature park in 1928 and in 1934. Our goal is to keep the excisting greenary and terrain as much as possible, so that you – despite the vicinity to the urban area – always find nature around you.

There is something for everyone here, wether you want to activate or just enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
- you can play,
- play ball,
- go for a run in the electric light track,
- try disc golf (there's also and accessible track with three holes in the park),
- barbeque with family and friends,
- or let your dog play around unleashed in the dog park.

During winter the toboggan run invites to fast and fun experiences. From here you can hike to the nature reserve Björnholmarna as well as to Västermaden – and area with a rich birdlife. There you'll also find a bird watching tower with great view over the green area.
