Description
This all-musical performance draws on Povel's repertoire, with melodies, monologues and memoirs guiding the audience through his life and career. The performance has been critically acclaimed by audiences and sold out at several stages around the country. So buckle up and take off your shoes as we keep the music going in this Povel ProgRamel!
On stage and behind the idea is the actor and Povel-digger Gustav Gälsing from Södertälje, educated in the musical program at the University of Music and Drama in Gothenburg. Gustav has many years of experience on stage in theater, musicals and revue and has been awarded the Bosse Parnevik scholarship, among other things. Behind the keys is the eminent pianist Anders Zibbe Holtz, who easily throws himself between Povel's many genres.
The café at Folkets hus is open during the performance, so take the opportunity to grab a coffee!
