Sjöborgens Gård

In a welcoming forest-like farm environment with a view of Lake Stråken is Sjöborgen's outdoor restaurant. At Sjöborgen, fire, glowing coals and smoke will be the focus as a tool to deliver a historic Småland dining experience to you! Here, the flavors of the farm and the countryside are highlighted in a wonderful mix with other Småland flavors from the 1850s - 1950s and everything takes place outdoors with the elements of water, land and air as the closest neighbors.

Local produce is used as much as possible here and the ingredients are collected from the farm's garden. This is then prepared as a three- or five-course menu together with you, or for you, over the warming embers in the stove made of Småland stone.
